Free replacement
If a product arrives damaged, has a part missing or does not work, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we send you a replacement at no cost.
Brand warranty
Appliances and electronics also carry the warranty printed on their box or warranty card. Keep the box, the bill (your order invoice) and all accessories — you will need them for a claim.
How to claim
- Take a short video or photos showing the problem.
- Send them with your order number on WhatsApp.
- We arrange a pickup and send the replacement.

Record a short video while opening the parcel. It makes any damage claim quick and simple.
