What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address — to get your order to you.
• Your order history — for support and returns.
• Basic browsing data (a session cookie) — to remember your cart.
• If you join our mailing list: your first name, email and, only if you choose to give it, your mobile number — to send you offers and your discount code.
• An anonymous count of how many people have the site open, for the live visitor counter. We store only a one-way hash of your session — never who you are — and delete it within an hour.

Who we share it with

Only our courier partner, and only the details needed for delivery. We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to marketing companies.

Payment data

We never store card or bank details on our server. Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, and card details are entered on their secure form rather than ours. Cash on delivery involves no payment data at all.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to remember your cart. If you close the signup popup, your browser remembers that so it does not keep coming back. There are no third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Mailing list

Joining our mailing list is optional. You can leave at any time — message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will remove your details within 7 days.

Your rights

Email us if you want to see, correct or delete your data. We will act within 30 days, keeping only the records we are legally required to keep.
